Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for aquariums and related products.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase revenue.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the aquarium sales floor, ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on aquarium setup, maintenance, and the selection of aquatic life.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Marine Biology, or a related field to understand aquatic ecosystems.
  • Hold certifications in aquarium maintenance or fishkeeping to demonstrate specialized knowledge.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aquarium sales or a related retail environment, showcasing a proven track record.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of aquarium equipment, including filtration, lighting, and water chemistry, to advise customers.
