Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for aquariums and related products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase revenue.
- Oversee the daily operations of the aquarium sales floor, ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on aquarium setup, maintenance, and the selection of aquatic life.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Marine Biology, or a related field to understand aquatic ecosystems.
- Hold certifications in aquarium maintenance or fishkeeping to demonstrate specialized knowledge.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aquarium sales or a related retail environment, showcasing a proven track record.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of aquarium equipment, including filtration, lighting, and water chemistry, to advise customers.
