Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in organizing and managing large-scale aquatic events.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and strategic planning ability.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency.
