Job Summary
The Arabic Immersion Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will support the effective delivery of the Arabic immersion programme in the Early Years and Primary phases.
Working under the direction of the Arabic Immersion Teacher, the LSA will help facilitate a language-rich environment where Arabic is embedded meaningfully throughout the school day.
This includes assisting with Arabic-led routines, supporting small group and individual interactions, and contributing to classroom displays, resources, and activities that promote Arabic language development.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong command of spoken Arabic, the ability to communicate effectively in English, and a genuine interest in early childhood education and bilingual learning.

Required Candidate Profile
Native or fluent Arabic speaker with clear, confident spoken language.
Good spoken English and ability to communicate with staff and children in both Arabic and English.
Bachelor s degree in Arabic.
CACHE Level 3 / Early Childhood Education qualification
KHDA Notice of Appointment, if available
Prior experience working in Early Years or Key Stage 1 settings (British curriculum preferred).
Basic knowledge of the EYFS framework or British curriculum.
Interest in eco-literacy, nature-based learning, or sustainability education.
