Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job responsibilities:
Writing, planning, and developing high-quality content in accordance with Najwa's internal rules and guidelines.
Designing learning paths, courses, summaries, lessons, assessments, practice questions, and other resources as needed, and continuously developing and updating all of these.
Ensuring that the content we provide addresses students' needs and helps them achieve their educational goals.
Communicating with other teams within “Najwa” company, and gathering their ideas to ensure the quality, clarity and effectiveness of the content provided.
Receive positive feedback and helpful comments derived from the content review process, and act accordingly to make the necessary adjustments.
Qualifications and work experience:
A Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Arabic, or in any related field of study.
Three years or more of experience in the field of teaching Arabic, or writing educational content for teaching Arabic.
Excellent level in Arabic, and good knowledge of English is preferred.
Mastering the use of Microsoft Word, Windows, and various Google tools on the Internet.
Other qualifications:
Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Time management skills.
Research skills.
