Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:


Writing, planning, and developing high-quality content according to Najwa's internal rules and guidelines.

Design learning paths, courses, summaries, lessons, assessments, training questions, and other resources, as needed, and continuously develop and update all of them.

Ensuring that our content addresses the needs of students, and helps them achieve their educational goals.

Communicate with other teams within Najwa and synthesize their ideas to ensure the quality, clarity and effectiveness of the content provided.

Receive positive feedback and helpful feedback from the content review process, and make the necessary adjustments.

Qualifications and Job Experience:


Bachelor's/Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Arabic, or in any related field of study.

Experience of three years or more in the field of teaching Arabic, or writing educational content for teaching Arabic.

Excellent level of Arabic, preferably good knowledge of English.

Master the use of Microsoft Word, Windows, and various Google tools on the web.
