Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret Arabic legal documents, including insurance policies, contracts, and claims, to assess validity and coverage.
  • Investigate insurance claims involving Arabic-speaking clients, gathering evidence and interviewing parties to determine liability and damages.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on insurance-related matters to clients and colleagues, ensuring compliance with local laws.
  • Represent the insurance company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and mediations involving Arabic-speaking individuals or entities.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on Arabic legal and insurance matters, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on legal issues and claims trends for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements, in Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in insurance/legal roles.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Transactions, Commercial, Civil Procedure & Evidence Laws.
  • Expertise in insurance calculations and dispute analysis.
  • Arabic fluency is mandatory; English is an advantage.
  • UAE experience highly preferred (especially for candidates outside UAE).
