Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Job Purpose: To handle all government-related processes, documentation, and legal formalities for the company, ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Process employment visas, residence visas, and visa renewals for employees

    • Handle Emirates ID applications, renewals, and cancellations

    • Manage labor contracts, work permits, and approvals through Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE)

    • Liaise with General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) for immigration-related services

    • Coordinate with Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICP) for Emirates ID and residency services

    • Handle company licensing, renewals, and documentation with relevant authorities

    • Manage labor cards, company immigration cards, and quota approvals

    • Track visa expiries and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties

    • Prepare and submit official documents in Arabic (typing, drafting letters, applications)

    • Represent the company at government departments and handle official clearances

    • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations

    • Maintain records of all government transactions and employee documents

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Arabic-national candidate is required

  • Proven experience as a PRO in UAE

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and licensing procedures

  • Familiarity with online government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, etc.)

  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

  • Skills:

    • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

    • Strong communication and coordination skills

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

    • Problem-solving and government liaison skills

    • Work Environment:

      • Office-based with frequent visits to government offices

      • Requires handling confidential documents

      • Time-sensitive role with strict deadlines for renewals and approvals
