Roles & Responsibilities
Role Description
The ARABIC - Quantity Surveyor/Estimator (Interior & Fit-Out) will handle all aspects of cost estimation, cost control, and budget management for interior and fit-out projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, and the professional will work closely with the design and project teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost planning/reporting, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. The role requires a keen eye for detail and expertise in cost optimization for projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Optimization Experience in preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and Cost Reporting Strong skills in Cost Planning and Forecasting Knowledge of interior and fit-out project requirements and materials Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal) is essential Proficiency in related software and tools for estimation and reporting Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field Ability to work on-site in Dubai and possess strong collaboration and communication skills Previous experience in a similar role within the interior or fit-out industry is preferred
