Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior and fit-out works
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control compliance
Manage materials, manpower, and site logistics
Resolve technical issues and provide on-site solutions
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
4 years of experience in interior and fit-out projects
Fluent in Arabic and English
Strong knowledge of finishing works and site coordination
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
Preferred:
Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects
Driver's license
