Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Arabic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, ensuring all details are captured in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, offering tailored solutions and exceeding expectations to build customer loyalty.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and consistent information to customers.
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions with efficiency and professionalism, maintaining composure under pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses native or near-native fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrates strong active listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Has experience in customer service, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues and exceeding expectations.
  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus, showcasing a commitment to education.
  • Familiar with CRM software and proficient in using computers and other relevant technology, ensuring efficiency.
  • Exhibits exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing situations and finding effective solutions.
