Arabic-speaking MEP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a leading MEP contracting business in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex building projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering high-end developments within the UAE market and possess strong leadership, client-facing, and project delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all MEP aspects of projects from award through to handover.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve programme and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and authorities.
• Monitor project progress, cost control, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Review and manage project schedules, risk registers, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
• Resolve technical and contractual issues arising during project execution.
• Drive project performance and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
