ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and proactive Arabic-Speaking Patient Care Manager to support and convert inbound Arabic-speaking patient inquiries from around the world. You will own the end-to-end patient lead cycle — from first contact to confirmed hospital appointment — ensuring a smooth, trustworthy, and supportive experience for each patient. This role is fully remote and may involve working across multiple time zones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Handle inbound Arabic-speaking patient leads via WhatsApp, email, calls, and platform chat.

  2. Understand patient needs (medical concerns, preferences, budget, and timelines) with clarity and empathy.

  3. Provide accurate treatment information (cost ranges, available doctors, procedures, and timelines) based on hospital-provided data.

  4. Match patients with suitable hospitals and doctors according to their medical requirements, expectations, and preferred countries.

  5. Coordinate and schedule consultations or appointments with the hospitals selected by the patient.

  6. Manage pre-consultation steps, including collecting medical reports, sharing hospital guidance, and setting expectations.

  7. Facilitate video or phone consultations between patients and hospitals when required.

  8. Maintain consistent follow-ups with active leads to improve engagement and conversion.

  9. Track and update all patient stages (New Inquiry → Engaged → Consultation → Decision → Appointment Confirmed).

  10. Handle and manage the entire lead cycle in Zoho CRM, ensuring complete, accurate, and real-time updates on all leads, activities, and notes.

  11. Achieve a minimum conversion KPI of 25%, measured as confirmed appointments from total qualified leads handled.

  12. Ensure timely handover of confirmed patients to hospitals or on-field care manager teams, with clear notes and expectations.

  13. Deliver culturally sensitive, high-quality customer service tailored to Arabic-speaking patients from diverse regions.

  14. Prepare weekly performance summaries (conversions, active leads, follow-up status, and response times).

  15. Collaborate with internal teams to improve scripts, workflows, and the overall patient experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  1. Native or fluent Arabic speaker (GCC dialect familiarity preferred).

  2. Strong command of English for internal communication and documentation.

  3. Experience in patient coordination, customer service, medical tourism, healthcare support, or care management is a plus.

  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and explain information clearly.

  5. Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple patients and follow-ups simultaneously.

  6. Strong ownership mindset and ability to consistently meet performance KPIs, including a minimum 25% conversion benchmark.

  7. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and target-oriented environment, often across multiple time zones.

  8. Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools; prior experience with Zoho CRM is a strong advantage.
