Responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet educational standards.
• Engage students by using innovative teaching methods to make learning Arabic enjoyable.
• Assess and evaluate student's performance regularly through tests and assignments.
• Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to enrich the teaching of the Arabic language.
• Customize instructional techniques to meet diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Facilitate interactive conversations and practice sessions to improve speaking abilities.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
• Attend faculty meetings and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers to integrate Arabic curriculum with other subjects.
• Provide additional support and tutoring for students needing extra help outside class hours.
• Ensure a safe and respectful classroom environment for all students.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Arabic Language, Education, or related field required.
• Proven experience teaching Arabic language at a school or educational institution.
• Fluency in both Modern Standard Arabic and at least one Arabic dialect.
• Strong understanding of Arabic grammar, literature, and cultural aspects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
