Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging Spoken Arabic classes, focusing on pronunciation, grammar, and conversational fluency to build confidence and practical communication skills.
  • Develop and deliver customized lesson plans tailored to diverse learner needs and proficiency levels, ensuring a personalized and effective learning experience.
  • Assess student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback and actionable insights to facilitate continuous improvement in Arabic language proficiency.
  • Create and utilize interactive teaching materials, including audio-visual aids, role-playing scenarios, and real-world examples, to enhance engagement and understanding.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
  • Holds a recognized teaching certification, such as a TESOL/TEFL or equivalent, showcasing pedagogical expertise and instructional skills.
  • Demonstrates at least 3+ years of experience in teaching Spoken Arabic to diverse learners, reflecting practical classroom experience.
  • Exhibits a native or near-native fluency in both Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and a specific Arabic dialect (e.g., Levantine, Egyptian, Gulf), ensuring linguistic proficiency.
