Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive Arabic language lessons to primary stage students, following the approved curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.
- Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance language acquisition and student engagement.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and parents to support student development and address individual needs.
- Organize and participate in school events, cultural activities, and extracurricular programs related to the Arabic language.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Provide individualized support and remedial instruction to students requiring additional assistance.
- Stay updated with educational best practices, curriculum changes, and professional development opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of experience teaching Arabic at the primary or elementary level.
- Full-time, on-site position with a commitment to regular school hours and activities.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver effective instruction.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse educational team.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Willingness to participate in school events and professional development.
