Roles & Responsibilities

An international school in Bahrain is seeking a qualified and dedicated Arabic Teacher to join their team starting August 2026. The school follows the IB curriculum and values cultural diversity and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Arabic language and literature in line with the IB curriculum

  • Plan and deliver engaging, culturally relevant lessons

  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school initiatives

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and school events

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified teacher with a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent)

  • Proven experience teaching Arabic within the IB curriculum

  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills

  • Passion for fostering intercultural understanding and language proficiency
