Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with ARAMCO standards, proactively mitigating risks.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE plans, procedures, and programs tailored to specific project requirements, focusing on prevention.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence, emphasizing learning.
- Provide expert HSE training and coaching to all levels of personnel, fostering a strong safety culture and promoting proactive participation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field is essential to establish a strong foundational knowledge.
- Possession of a NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent HSE certification is mandatory, demonstrating advanced competency.
- A valid ARAMCO approval as an HSE Officer is non-negotiable, aligning with the specific requirements of the role.
- Proven experience in the oil and gas industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar HSE role, is crucial for understanding the environment.
