Job Title: Arbitration Lawyer (DIAC Experience) Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 6,000 per month Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and motivated Arbitration Lawyer with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in handling arbitration matters, preferably with hands-on experience at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of arbitration procedures in the UAE and be capable of independently managing arbitration cases from initiation to enforcement. Key Responsibilities: Handle arbitration cases before DIAC and other arbitration institutions in the UAE Draft, review, and submit arbitration pleadings, statements of claim/defense, and legal submissions Conduct legal research related to arbitration laws and procedures Coordinate with clients, arbitrators, and opposing counsel Attend hearings, meetings, and procedural conferences Assist in enforcement and execution of arbitral awards Ensure compliance with UAE arbitration laws and regulations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree is an advantage Minimum 2 years of proven experience in arbitration cases, preferably DIAC Strong knowledge of UAE Arbitration Law Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage) What We Offer: Monthly salary of AED 6,000 Professional working environment Opportunity to gain further experience in arbitration matters in the UAE How to Apply: Interested candidates may apply by submitting their CV through Email provided.
