Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and method statements for compliance with project requirements and standards.
Conduct inspections and monitoring of architectural and finishing works (e.g., blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, painting, ceiling, flooring, joinery, fa ade, etc.).
Ensure all materials used meet the required quality standards and are approved by the consultant.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve architectural quality issues.
Prepare and maintain inspection and test reports (ITRs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective/preventive action reports.
Verify that all works are executed according to the latest approved shop drawings and project specifications.
Monitor workmanship and report deviations or potential issues promptly.
Participate in quality audits and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Ensure proper documentation of all QA/QC activities in accordance with the company s quality management system.
Support the preparation of handover documentation, including as-built drawings, material submittals, and inspection records.
