Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural and interior design concepts from initial briefing through final execution.
  • Prepare design layouts, space planning, mood boards, and material selections.
  • Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using 3ds Max.
  • Develop detailed drawings, elevations, sections, and construction details.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Review shop drawings and material submittals for design compliance.
  • Participate in client presentations and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
  • Ensure designs comply with local regulations, codes, and project standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design.
  • 3–6 years in architectural and interior design roles.
  • Strong proficiency in 3ds Max for modeling and rendering.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant design software (Revit is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and spatial planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
