Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Architect and Urban Planner
- to develop urban development plans (PDAU, POS, housing estates, ZAC)
- Conducting urban and territorial studies
- Designing architectural projects on an urban scale
- Analyze the technical, environmental and regulatory constraints
- Participate in calls for tenders and prepare administrative files
- Ensure coordination with project stakeholders (local authorities, design offices, developers)
- Monitor project progress and propose adjustments
- Ensure compliance with urban planning and sustainable development standards
- Degree in architecture with specialization in urban planning or equivalent
- Desired experience (2-5 years or more as needed)
- Good knowledge of urban regulations
- Software: AutoCAD, Revit, GIS (ArcGIS, QGIS), SketchUp
