Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects.

• Collaborate with design teams to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create architectural models using BIM software (e.g., Revit) and ensure accuracy and completeness of design information.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate architectural designs into the overall BIM project model.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts to enhance coordination and minimize errors.
• Generate architectural construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
• Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable.

Proficient in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in architectural modeling and detailing.

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
