Duties and Responsibilities:


Work with Architects assisting with various projects

Work on the preparation Arch design drawings is a must.

Helping to plan and design buildings is an advantage.

Work on the preparation Arch Shop drawings is an advantage.

Knowledge in reviewing project proposals and Arch Specs is an advantage.


Skills Proficiency:


Bachelor s Degree in Architecture

At least 2 years minimum of working experience

With knowledge in architecture principles and procedures

Above average skills in AutoCAD software

Knowledge in Revit Software is a must.

Knowledge in using REVIT and other 3D software is an advantage

Have strong organizational, analytical, design thinking and teamwork skills

Ability and willingness to work independently or in a team atmosphere

Ability to understand and coordinate other disciplines

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills

Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intent

Ability to work with minimal supervision
