Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop innovative architectural designs and engineering solutions for a variety of building and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and urban planning professionals to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using advanced design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data, evaluate project feasibility, and ensure compliance with design intent.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to clarify requirements and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure all designs adhere to relevant codes, standards, and sustainability best practices.
- Participate in project meetings, presentations, and reviews to communicate design concepts and progress.
- Support the preparation of tender documents, construction drawings, and technical reports.
- Assist in value engineering exercises to optimize design efficiency and project costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and engineering roles.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM applications.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience preparing detailed drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
- Ability to conduct site visits and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
