Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and prepare detailed architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for high-end luxury projects.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, ensure compliance with design intent, and resolve on-site challenges.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Review and approve architectural plans, materials, and construction methods to maintain quality standards.
- Participate in client meetings to understand requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
- Utilize advanced architectural software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp) to create and modify project documentation.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and client review.
- Stay updated with industry trends, innovative materials, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Architecture Engineering.
- 1- 8 years of professional experience in architectural design, planning, and 3D visualization.
- Demonstrated experience leading design projects from concept through completion, including interior and exterior architecture.
- Advanced skills in architectural drafting and planning using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Proficient in 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering using software such as 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray or Corona.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, construction techniques, and detailing.
- Ability to conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and progress reviews.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including engineers and interior designers.
- Ability to conduct site visits and resolve technical challenges on-site.
- Willingness to work on-site as required by project demands.
