Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and detailed construction drawings in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality, and address any design-related issues.
- Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and technical reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout all project phases.
- Utilize advanced architectural software and tools to create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and visualizations.
- Coordinate with project managers to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction documentation.
- Identify and resolve design discrepancies or challenges during the construction process.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and engineering.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in architectural engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience with site inspections and construction supervision.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
