Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop architectural designs, drawings, and shop drawings for industrial facilities.
- Review and coordinate architectural drawings with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
- Participate in developing project timelines, material schedules, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all architectural designs comply with building codes, industrial standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation according to approved drawings.
- Prepare detailed BOQs, material specifications, and finishing schedules.
- Assist in preparing RFIs, variation orders, and technical reports.
- Support the planning and technical office team in documentation and project tracking.
- Communicate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
- Participate in resolving technical issues and proposing value-engineering solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
- 2 4 years of experience in architectural work, preferably in industrial projects or large-scale construction.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural detailing, industrial layouts, and finishing works.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as:br>Autodesk, AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D (basic), Photoshop.
- Strong skills in preparing architectural reports and technical documentation.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Preference for candidates with experience in factories or industrial sites.
- Preferably from Alexandria residents.
