Architect Inspector

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Architect Inspector with 7 10 years of experience in construction supervision, specializing in residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, local authority regulations, and quality standards. Responsibilities:

Conduct daily site inspections of architectural works including finishes, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, fa ade works, and fit-out activities.

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and material submittals.

Monitor contractor performance and workmanship to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Verify that works are executed in accordance with Qatar Construction Specifications QCS and relevant authority regulations.

Review shop drawings and material submittals related to architectural works.

Raise Non-Conformance Reports NCRs and Site Observation Reports SORs where required.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth site progress.

Monitor project progress against approved schedules and report delays or deviations.

Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on site.

Participate in snagging, de-snagging, and project handover processes.

Attend site meetings and provide technical input as required. Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree in Architecture.

7 10 years of experience in construction supervision, with strong exposure to residential villa and apartment projects in Qatar or GCC.

Strong knowledge of finishing works and architectural detailing.

Familiarity with Qatar Construction Specifications QCS and local authority requirements.

Experience working with engineering consultancy firms preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Strong reporting and documentation skills.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

MMUP/UPDA registration preferred.
