WSP Middle East is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Saudi National Architect Inspector to join our supervision team for a project-based role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact development, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment. Responsibilities Ensure all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved architectural and engineering plans. Supervise the implementation of structural and architectural components, verifying compliance with design specifications and project standards. Monitor structural elements during construction to uphold safety, integrity, and stability requirements. Collaborate with structural engineers to resolve any structural concerns or discrepancies encountered on-site. Participate in the evaluation and selection of construction materials and systems, ensuring they meet both architectural and structural criteria. Conduct routine inspections of materials to confirm quality and adherence to project specifications. Work closely with architects and design professionals to address and resolve design-related issues during construction. Provide input on construction details to ensure consistency with the overall design intent. Review and update construction documentation, including drawings and specifications, to reflect approved changes and modifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date as-built drawings for future reference and project close-out. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Previous experience working with a reputable architectural consultancy. Strong background in site-based architectural supervision and post-contract responsibilities. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM tools. Experience with high-rise commercial and residential projects. Excellent communication, coordination, and client relationship skills.
