Architect / Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Architect / Interior Designer specialized in fit-out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming architectural spaces into fully rendered environments that meet both aesthetic and functional demands. They should be able to integrate client visions with the latest industry trends to deliver innovative design solutions. This role requires a high level of expertise in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction process to ensure all concepts are successfully executed. The successful candidate will not only possess excellent technical skills but also have strong project management capabilities to handle projects from conception through to completion. They will work closely with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the fit-out design aligns with the project's overall goals and standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand and outline their interior design needs and preferences.
• Develop detailed fit-out design plans that align with building codes and regulations.
• Use CAD software to produce design drawings and 3D visualizations of proposed spaces.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and furnishings.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction and ensure design concepts are executed correctly.
• Develop innovative solutions to design challenges that arise during the fit-out process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and sustainable design practices.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations for client review and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
• Ensure high quality and precision in all design deliverables, from drafts to final documentation.
• Advise clients on new interior design trends and how they can enhance their spaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency with design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design ideas effectively.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing fit-out solutions for diverse environments.
