Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for concept development, detailed drawings, client presentations, and ensuring smooth design-to-execution transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and design presentations
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical documentation
- Conduct client consultations and understand project requirements
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with design vision
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
- Conduct site visits to ensure execution matches approved designs
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software
- Strong presentation and client interaction skills
- Experience in design-build environments preferred
