We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 7 years experience to join our fit-out team. The ideal candidate will lead the construction and coordination of interior fit-out projects from concept to handover, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and detailed construction documents.
• Ensure the accuracy, coordination, and completeness of all architectural documentation.
• Coordinate closely with interior designers, engineers (MEP/structural), and other consultants to ensure design alignment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure implementation aligns with design intent, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during construction by providing timely and practical solutions.
• Participate in snagging, de-snagging, inspections, and final handover procedures.
• Attend client and consultant meetings to present technical clarifications and address design-related concerns.
• Prepare quantity take-offs to assist in cost estimation.
• Prepare and review of variation orders, ensuring design changes are documented and reflected accurately.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely submission of deliverables in line with project schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Interior Architect.
• Minimum 5 7 years of experience in fit-out or interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of detailing, materials, and finishing standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
