Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing architectural design concepts in line with project briefs and client requirements.
  • Support the preparation of architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
  • Coordinate client meetings and assist in preparing agendas and meeting minutes as required.
  • Assist in the production of 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations.
  • Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to support coordinated project delivery.
  • Prepare technical shop drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) as required.
  • Assist in data collection, project documentation, and file organization.
  • Support research on materials, building systems, and architectural trends.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends and technologies to support innovation and continuous improvement.


Education and Experience:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of architectural design principles, space planning, and building concepts.
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and details).


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Basic knowledge of architectural drafting and documentation standards.
  • Understanding of 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization techniques; experience with 3ds Max is preferred.
  • Good experience in AutoCAD software or Revit is a plus.
  • High attention to detail with strong technical accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively through drawings and presentations.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and respond positively to feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of materials, construction methods, and building systems is an advantage.
  • Interest in staying updated on architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.


Working conditions and Environment:

  • The position is an office-based in Dubai, UAE.
  • The position has no international business travel requirements.
