Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring projects meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Prepare concept designs, schematic drawings, and detailed design drawings.
Review and coordinate architectural shop drawings.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and building codes.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design implementation.
Assist in material selection and finishing details.
Prepare presentation drawings and project documentation.
Support the Senior Architect in project planning and design coordination.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
Airport Project experience
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Mandatory).
Minimum 4–8 years of experience as an Architect.
Experience in residential, commercial, villas, or high-rise projects.
Proficiency in architectural software such as:
AutoCAD
Revit
SketchUp
Good knowledge of building codes and authority requirements.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
