• Develop comprehensive architectural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, needs, and budgets.
• Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software and BIM technology.
• Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Lead project teams to coordinate design work and ensure project cohesion.
• Review and approve design modifications and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors and construction professionals during the building process.
• Conduct site evaluations and confirm construction projects align with design plans.
• Engage in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Provide innovative, sustainable design solutions to minimize environmental impact.

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Professional Architect license or certification is necessary for applicants.
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate under constraints.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
