Roles & Responsibilities


  • Develop comprehensive architectural designs that not only meet client specifications but also enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and contractors to integrate structural integrity and technical specifications into architectural plans.
  • Lead client presentations and design reviews to effectively communicate vision and incorporate client feedback into the architectural process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and technological advancements to ensure innovative and compliant architectural solutions.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within financial constraints while maintaining high standards.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and other design tools
  • Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a team environment

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • At least 5 years of professional architectural experience, with a proven track record in managing complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse architectural styles and successful projects, reflecting creativity and technical skill.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, enabling efficient design and visualization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for international projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions swiftly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating leadership and conflict resolution skills when necessary.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong aesthetic sense, ensuring that all designs are not only functional but also visually appealing.
