Roles & Responsibilities


  • We are looking for an experienced Client Modification Engineer to join our real estate investment team.
  • The engineer will be responsible for overseeing client-requested modifications in residential and commercial projects, ensuring all changes are implemented according to approved plans, specifications, and engineering standards.
  • This role plays a key part in maintaining high client satisfaction and supporting the successful delivery of our projects.

  • Bachelor s degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple teams and managing modifications.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit is preferred.

    • Desired Candidate Profile
