Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Designing architectural plans according to client needs and regulatory constraints.
  • Create sketches, 2D/3D plans, digital models and 3D models.
  • Ensure technical coordination with engineers (structures, fluids, infrastructure).
  • Prepare the administrative files: building permit, development plan, authorizations.
  • Participate in the consultation with companies and the estimation of the cost of the work.
  • Excellent mastery of CAD/CAM software: AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop
  • Knowledge of building standards, urban and environmental regulations.
  • Creative sense, technical skill, precision and spatial vision.
