Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design plans and models (2D/3D) of architectural projects.
- Study the technical and regulatory feasibility of the projects
- Prepare the technical files (plans, building permits, specifications)
- Coordinate with engineers, design offices and companies
- Monitor the progress of the work on the construction site
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with safety and urban planning standards
- My software proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD
- Good knowledge of building and urban planning standards
- Project management skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Capacity for analysis and problem-solving
