Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Architectural design.
  • Preparation of graphic and written documents.
  • Preparation of various architectural files, sketches, preliminary design, detailed design and execution.
  • Preparation of architectural details, joinery specifications, floor layouts, etc.
  • Preparation of building permit application files.
  • Construction of 3D drawings and processing of graphic renderings.
  • Coordination with the architecture department team and other disciplines (GC, CES).
  • Site visits, management and control.
  • Participation in study and advisory meetings.
  • Participate in the completion of all office tasks and other tasks within the scope of the PMS mission.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience.
  • Proficient in AUTOCAD / REVIT / 3D MAX / SKETCHUP software.
  • The spirit of developing technical solutions that address economic, aesthetic, etc. concerns.
  • Aptitude r dactionnelles.br>
  • French (perfectly mastered), Arabic, English (optional).
  • To have a good sense of organization.
  • Good ability to integrate into teamwork.
  • Withstands occasional work pressure.
  • Available to perform all tasks to finalize renderings, drawings, office tasks, moving files, etc.
  • Rigour, aptitude for the proper execution of different tasks.
