Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control work on the construction site.
- Prepare the working drawings
- Drafting reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and site meeting minutes
- Develop and verify implementation schedules
- Participate in the handover of the works
- Check and validate the attachments and status of the work
- Assisting the project owner in their procedures
- Participate in technical meetings (weekly and monthly)
- Identify technical problems and propose appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with project standards and requirements
- Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years' experience in monitoring and controlling works
- Experience in developing project studies (Categories C, D and E)
- Good knowledge of current laws and regulations
- Sense of responsibility and initiative
- Dynamic and able to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office suite)
- Proficient in design and rendering software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Escape
- Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project or equivalent)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
