Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Architectural design.
- Preparation of graphic and written documents.
- Preparation of various architectural files, sketches, preliminary design, detailed design and execution.
- Preparation of architectural details, joinery specifications, floor layouts, etc.
- Preparation of building permit application files.
- Construction of 3D drawings and processing of graphic renderings.
- Coordination with the architecture department team and other disciplines (GC, CES).
- Site visits, management and control.
- Participation in study and advisory meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Architecture.
- Actional aptitude.
- To have a good sense of organization.
- My mastery of 3D and Lumion.
- Lives in El Mohammadia or the surrounding area.
