We are seeking a qualified and visionary Architect with a Master s degree in Architecture to join our design team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and development of floating homes, marine hospitality projects, and modular water-based structures. You will collaborate with engineers, naval architects, and project managers to deliver innovative and functional designs that align with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural concept development for floating and land-integrated marine projects
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and 3D models
• Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure buildable solutions
• Integrate sustainable design principles, marine-specific considerations, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and technical partners as needed
• Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and approvals
• Research materials and technologies suitable for marine environments

Qualifications:

• Master s degree in Architecture from a recognized university
• Minimum 3 5 years of professional experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Lumion
• Experience in parametric design tools (e.g., Grasshopper) is a plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and technical design skills
• Understanding of prefabrication, modular construction, or marine environments is preferred
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
