Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring for Meinhardt group Egypt branch and we are looking forward to hire a Architect with BIM experience to support the process of our regional and international projects..

We are looking for Technical & BIM users experienced architects to work on C.D. up to D.D.

Job Type: Full time.

location: New Cairo

Responsibilities

  • Work with the design and technical development of complex architectural projects from concept through completion.
  • Assist in preparation of C.D., S.D. & D.D documents etc L.O.D 300.
  • Assist to ensure coordination between disciplines, including civil, structural, architectural, MEP, pool, VT, FLS and landscape architecture.
  • Assist design validation and reviews with counterparts and authorities permits, as needed.
  • Assist changes in project scope, potential risks and contingency plans, as needed.
  • Strong experience in large and complex/mixed-use building design projects.
