Ensure all 3D models adhere to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Integrate architectural, structural, and MEP elements into cohesive 3D models.

Participate in design reviews and provide creative input to enhance project outcomes.

Maintain and organize a library of 3D assets, textures, and materials.

Stay updated with the latest 3D modeling software and visualization techniques.

Assist in preparing technical documentation and presentation materials.

Support the construction team by providing accurate 3D details and clarifications as needed.

Skills:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Strong knowledge of rendering engines like V-Ray, Lumion, or Corona Renderer.
• Experience with AutoCAD and other architectural design tools.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into detailed 3D models.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
