• Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist subcontractors to resolve design and site issues promptly.

• Liaise with the design consultant for clarifications, RFIs, and design modifications.

• Prepare and review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, mock‑ups, and samples for approval.

• Ensure all architectural works comply with local codes, regulations, and project standards.

• Participate in technical meetings, coordination workshops, and site progress reviews.

• Identify potential design conflicts and propose practical solutions aligned with project constraints.

• Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, and site instructions.

• Assist in handover procedures, including as‑built drawings.
