Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural concept, schematic, detailed, and IFC drawings for residential and commercial projects

  • Prepare and manage authority submission packages (DM, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel) including responses to CFR comments

  • Ensure compliance with Dubai building regulations and authority requirements

  • Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and QS teams to deliver fully integrated and clash-free designs

  • Review and approve architectural shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and mock-ups

  • Support site clarifications and consultant inspections to ensure design compliance

  • Prepare feasibility studies, design reports, and presentation materials for clients

  • Ensure alignment between approved authority drawings and construction execution

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

  • 3–5 years UAE consultancy experience (Dubai mandatory)

  • Valid Dubai Municipality G+4 License – Mandatory

  • Active Society of Engineers (SOE) Registration – Mandatory

  • Strong knowledge of UAE authority submission procedures and building regulations

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop

  • Experience in villa and low-rise residential projects preferred

  • Strong coordination and documentation skills

  • UAE Driving License – Preferred
