Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and coordinate technical drawings in compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and standards.
Coordinate independently with site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure accurate execution.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical proposals for compliance, constructability, and quality.
Conduct detailed site inspections, prepare snag lists, and follow up on closure of observations.
Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure integrated and clash-free design solutions.
Support value engineering exercises by evaluating technical alternatives and constructability options.
Maintain and update technical documentation, approvals, and statutory compliance records throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
5–8 years of relevant experience as a Technical Architect on commercial, residential, or hospitality projects.
Proven experience in site coordination, shop drawing review, and construction-stage support.
Strong technical knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with BIM coordination preferred.
Good understanding of interior and architectural detailing, materials, and finishes.
Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
