Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the in-house design team to translate creative concepts into practical, buildable solutions on-site.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate implementation of architectural plans.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Resolve technical and design-related issues that arise during the construction and installation phases of events.

Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for on-site execution.

Ensure all materials and finishes meet the specified quality and aesthetic requirements.

Provide technical guidance and support to site workers and subcontractors.

Report on project status, site challenges, and progress to project managers and senior leadership.

Maintain clear communication with all team members to ensure seamless workflow and successful event delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Oversee and manage on-site architectural activities for event and wedding projects, ensuring all designs are executed to the highest standards.

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably with exposure to event or hospitality projects.
  • Proven ability to develop creative and functional architectural solutions for diverse spaces.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar architectural design software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept through execution.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic event environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant architectural and design projects.
