Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Review architectural drawings submitted by designers/consultants.
- Propose and implement necessary design modifications when required.
- Coordinate architectural solutions with project and site teams.
- Support projects during construction with design clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and company standards.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with sustainable design principles and green building certifications is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements and industry advancements.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful architectural projects from inception to completion.
